Are you there when the timer finishes? I ask because if you are not, then you most likely are missing the response time. It won't tell you this but it will basically kick you to the curb, if you don't respond within a very short time. I am not sure how long but i'm guessing 20 maybe 30 seconds from granting access. I have never tried to find the time, I just try to make sure I am there looking at it when it grants, because I have been on the end of not being there, and it stinks bad, I hate having to wait another 10 minutes for any of it, especially when I already waited 10.
